A Little bit about the difference between having a
Colour and having a Colour Correction

The team have asked me to post some information
about Colour Correction!

Many times, bookings are made for a colour but
actually it should be booked in as is a colour
correction.

We will always ask you if you are having a change of
colour, the reason we ask these questions at the
booking stage is because we need to allow the
correct time and also possibly have you in for some
testing of the strands to be done.

A colour change you might think is just a colour
change but there are so many elements to reaching
a new target shade from a previous existing colour.

As mentioned, we do try to get as much info from our clients as we can on the phone and clients can be
reluctant to come in to see us before their booking as everyone is so busy but it is necessary to visit the
salon for the free consultation if you know you are going to ask for a change of colour, otherwise on the
day of your appointment you may not be able to have that service if your stylist feels that your hair needed
to be strand tested beforehand. This can cause disappointment and also causes lost time for the Salon
