If you are not able to arrive on time, we ask that you contact us.
Time is allowed after each appointment to sanitize the treatment room, manicure stations, pedicure station or general areas of the salon.
Please note, the treatment length specified includes collection from and to the waiting area, a consultation, undress/redress (where applicable) and the ‘hands-on’ treatment time.
What if I’m late?
Arriving late will mean that your treatment time is shortened and the price remains the same, this applies to all treatments.
Some Beauty Treatments require the full allotted time and therefore if you arrive late, we may not be able to accommodate you & a cancellation fee will be charged as we cannot re fill the time slot, this applies to treatments such as nails, lashes and waxing.
