OMG! probably not the place i thought id find my dream salon & stylist but regardless of location (don't get me wrong the salon is spotless and lovely but its on the outskirts of the city and not where you would expect such a brill salon to be) stand out salon 100% happy. Great salon lovely staff and an owner that you can tell loves her job & wants to make sure your happy. thank you anna, I'm so pleased with my hair !!! added bonus can park right outside free of charge 🙂

Update review after a few years of using colabella hair salon

I have now been a Client for a few years, I was asked if I would review as a regular & its a pleasure to speak as I find about colabella I am always perfectly happy with my services. The salon is still a very friendly & professional place to be, they are as good and as professional as my first visit to them. You loose that at some places iv been when I became a regular. But at colabella I always feel it's more than just my hair they make you feel pampered. Some times if I need my nails done I get the colour put on & double up with a nail or waxing appointment which is great as it saves precious time on my day off. Impressed

i give this salon top marks

walked in on speck as was passing, was desperate for a colour but was refused due to not having had a colour test with them. That was a first in all the years of using salons, she explained a severe reaction could result in death and i was like OMG why has no other salon ever said this!

Had a wash cut & dried on my crazy curly hair, again great advice about my hair & tips to control it. Will be having my colour there at a later date.

Highly professional experienced hair salon

I have been visiting this salon along with their Bilston one for the last 20 years. What makes this salon stand out compared to others is their professionalism. The staff have regular training to provide customers with the latest styles, colours and products and offer valuable advice every time I go. In fact, every time I go there I ask to try something new as I trust them so much! I have had extensions, various colours and a multitude of styles over the years and they have excelled every time. They even provide colour correction! If you are looking for somewhere to go that you can trust then this is the place to go. It is a nice relaxed atmosphere and they always offer refreshments and make me feel pampered. I can't praise this salon enough. If you take pride in your hair then you must give them a call and go enjoy peace of mind and a pleasurable experience.

Good hairdressers

The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. I went to another hairdresser before going to Colabella, and their attitude was not good. I'm glad I booked into here, Anna did my hair and she did a wonderful job.
I was nervous before I came as I had not been to a hairdresser in years, but the customer service made me feel relaxed.
I wanted a different look and hair cut for a party and it looks lovely.
Also was given some tips on maintaining the look myself.

Try this salon

Ok so this is a first, I always read reviews but never write them but anna and her colabella team deserve this. I have been to countless salons in this town, the branded the none branded the over the top and over priced, you name it I have been. This gem of a salon I tried just based on the internet reviews about them.
Now I know why they have so many reviews as I have left there beaming with delight and wanted to share that satisfaction for them. Top class customer service skills and not only a great cut and style but just the delight of meeting such lovely people. Anna the salon owner is a character of abundant skills and personality. 10 out of 10, well done for making a 50 something lady very happy

The Best!

Have recently began using Colabella (Wood Street, Bilston) and after my 4th visit I feel they really do deserve a review on here.

I have my hair cut and blow-dried by Emma and will have to say, she does an exceptional job. I am just home from having my hair done and left 'feeling like a supermodel' due to the expertise of the cut/blow-dry.

A lovely shop, with really friendly staff and very well priced too!

Also, a big thank you for being so accommodating today. It's not something I'd make a habit of doing but really appreciate you fitting me in.

Excellent service and result

I saw the reviews so decided just 2 go In to have a chat. I ended up staying to have a wash & cut I had to wait as obviously I had not booked so that was no problem. While I waited I was amazed by the quality of the service & every client that was done looked great. I was delighted by anna not only a warm friendly lady but she is dam good. She told me things about my unruly head of curls that no one ever has. My hair has been so much more manageable with the new products she advised. They deserve a 5star shout out 🙂

Better than Paris

It comes to something that you have to travel from Paris back to Wolverhampton to have your haircut. Well that is what I do now - I have tried the hairdressers in Paris, but I am not able to match the service, the cut, the colour, the understanding of what you want. Anna has been wonderful and accomodating everytime I come to the shop. I truly recommend that you pay them a visit and you will end up like me, not being able to go anywhere else afterwards.

Wouldn't go anywhere else

What sets Colabella Hair apart from other salons is the relaxed feel and instant rapour cultivated by Anna and her team. Anna takes the time to get to know every single one of her clients, and considers every appointment as a work of art. Sometimes when she asks how I want it styled, I say "surprise me." She knows what suits my features, my personality and my complexion. And she knows how to tame my crazy curly hair, that has a mind of its own. She's never steered me wrong. Even after 20+ years she can still surprise me with a stunning new look. Don't believe me? Try for yourself, I would never go anywhere else.

Excellent Hair Makeover, love my new look!!

Came in Colabella for a complete makeover, from Blond long hair to short and Dark Brown color.
I was very anxious as we all are when you go for a dramatic change of look but that went away quickly as straight from the beginning I felt at ease seeing how confident and competent the entire team was.
Hair consultation and color were explained very thoroughly to me and was very happy with the end result.
All in all very impressed, I will highly recommend it to everyone.
Well done Anna you have a great, experienced and friendly Team at Colabella.

How To Feel A Million Dollars

This was my first visit to Colabella & I was so impressed with the salon & all the staff,they made me feel so comfortable,it was as if I was a regular customer not a new one. I will certainly make it my salon of choice & highly recommend it to everyone. Anna did a wonderful job on my hair & was very knowledgeable about all of the products she used & also explained everything to me. It's a pity you can only leave 5 stars as I would give it 6 or even more.

The best salon in the Midlands; a hidden gem!

I have been visiting this salon for the last 3 years and I would never go anywhere else! Anna and her team are so talented, they provide a premium service for a reasonable price. They are always so welcoming and offer a warm, friendly atmosphere which makes going to the hairdressers a treat! I always leave looking and feeling like a celebrity! I recommend Anna to all of my family and friends and she never disappoints. Keep up the amazing work!! I highly recommend everyone to visit the salon once and I guarantee you will never go anywhere else.

Colabella - Best Hairdressers/Beauty Salon in the West Midlands

When I moved to the area from the heart of Shropshire I wanted to find the right place for both hair and beauty and Colabella is just that, its the first one I tried over here and I had no need to look anywhere else. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly whilst professional and good at their jobs helping to chose what is right and giving lots of advice and ideas. I have had the best "up do" ever and I just love going there, having a brew and enjoying the whole experience. Thank you to Anna, Steph, Kelly and everyone there, you made me feel right at home. Finding the right place for your hair and beauty is such a personal thing, it has to be the "right" place and I have found just that! x.

happy customer

i was looking for a new salon so i googled salons in wolverhampton area, colabella had quite a few reviews, i had called a few salons already but when i called colabella i could tell right away there was a difference from the other salons i'd called. I booked in for a cut & finish, honestly it is the happiest i have been with my hair for many years. As well as a great cut, the staff and salon are lovely. Anna the salon owner is a very warm and frienldy lady and its clear to see she has a happy work force. i decide to post a review for them as that is how i found them in the first place and the review helped me choose a new salon. a very happy customer thanks to all at colabella :

Fabulous Salon

This really is a fabulous salon; the best I've been to by far... the service and atmosphere leaves you feeling simply luxurious yet its such a relaxed, non-pretentious and friendly place to be. It manages to be both cool and inviting at the same time. Good music and atmosphere, with helpful and attentive staff who all know their stuff, Anna and her team are amazing. If you have never been to Colabella Hair & Beauty try them and you'll definitely leave the salon feeling completely satisfied and wonderful. Being a client for 20 years is a testament to this.

Very happy

I went to Colabella after reading internet reviews, it was not local for me but after phoning a few salons on my short list the Colabella salon sounded professional and very helpful to my questions. The refused to colour my hair without a skin test but the 2 other salons I'd called were happy to do a colour with no test. Knowing that the salon cared about my safety made me feel I was going to a good salon. I was and from the moment I arrived I had super service and was looked after very well. Anna the owner did my hair she oozes passion in her job and it's clear to see she has a happy work force I will be going back to Colabella.

client for many years

i have ben a colabella client since i was a little girl as my mom always took us to colabella as it is local to us. My mom myself and other memebrs of the family all use colabella. Anna the owner runs a very proffesional salon. I use the beauty and tanning salon too. reading the other reviews on here i agree with all of them and the salons are beautiful and very clean. the staff are lovely they are all so kind, nothing is too much trouble, you get pampered from the moment you walk in, the service is always the same ive been a client for over 20 years and I am always very happy.

always great service

I have been going to Colabella for three years. I have any stylist as they are all brill.the salon owners anna and ren run a very professional business, I go between all branches including the beauty salon, the salons are very nice VERY CLEAN!!! and they are all so friendly, they offer a great consultation and recommend products to suit your hair which I expect as they know their job, compared to my previous salon they are a lot cheaper, everything down to the magazine choice, drinks selection is great iv recommended them to family and friends who all still go plus a bonus of 20% off for each referral happy

First Visit

After being with the same hairdresser for several years I fancied a change and so googled hair salons near to me save paying for expensive car parking in town.

This was my first visit to this salon and I have to say how welcoming I was made by Anna and her team. Anna put me at ease, and was soon chatting about various styles and products I could use which would be more suitable for my hair.

All through my consultation and restyle Anna kept me informed as to what she was doing and how my style would gradually change as my hair grew to where I want it to be. Anna also spent time by showing me how I could adapt the style if I wanted a change.

I cannot fault the cleanliness of the salon and how nice everyone was, I was also given some free samples and a card for future loyalty discounts.... I definitely recommend Colabella Hair & Beauty Salon.

Fantastic!

As a returning customer to Colabella hair, I have to say that the service I receive is always fantastic. The staff are very friendly and approachable and always go above and beyond to ensure that you leave the salon as a happy customer. Not only do they make you feel comfortable, but they also offer their advice if you're unsure of what style you want, and also give some brilliant at-home styling tips. Anna, the manager, is a lovely lady. She is brilliant at what she does and always takes time to come over and have a chat and offer her expert advice. The staff are very skilled and I always leave the salon feeling extremely satisfied with the way they have cut and styled my hair. I can't fault Colabella at all and wouldn't go to another salon again! I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Fab Hairdressers with brilliant Beauty salon!!!

I had been going to a well known hairdresser for many years, but felt I needed a change. I looked up local salons and found Colabella and can honestly say I am soooo glad I did. I had the best cut I have had in years. Anna did a wonderful job and the salon is lovely and friendly.

I liked the hair cut so much I thought I would give the beauty salon a try. This was also fantastic. I have had eyebrow waxing, tinting and a gel manicure all of which were done to a really high professional standard.

Fab salon would definitely recommend.

Great Results

I visited this Salon for the first time after reading online reviews. I usually go to a top end salon in Wolves but have never been fully satisfied with my cut. Colabella is clean and staff really friendly and welcoming.
My cut was good and usually you hair looks great after a blow dry but when you wash it at home the cuts nothing special. However after having my cut here I found that after washing my hair it actually still looked amazing without any styling! it had shape and bounce and I was very pleased.

I will be going back for regular treatments and cuts and will try out the beauty salon next door.

Anna even gave me some free sample products to try.

I'd recommend you try this salon at least once it is a hidden gem.

lived up to internet reviews

I Used colabella just down to the reviews i found on google search. I can say colabella lived up to the reviews i read, hence i thought id add my own as they deserve another good review from a very satisfied lady. All staff welcoming from the get go my stylist was anna salon owner, very attentive lady, oozes passion for her job, staff all very attentive, very nice atmosphere in the salon, staff also clearly love their job. perfect hair cut washed it twice since visit and was able to re create what anna did for me, 10 out of 10 i shall be going back

I go to use the tanning booth and its best one I've used by far. It's very clean and the staff are very friendly. I would recommend to every one to visit.
